This is a great idea. I created a blog once before when I was overseas but didn't really know what I was doing. I hope to learn a bit more about it and about other bits and pieces by doing this course.
Welcome to the Learning 2.0 program. I hope you enjoy learning about some Web 2.0 application over theh next few week. You can explore the activities whenever you like and write about each one on your blog
We look forward to reading your posts about each activity
I hope you enjoy your blogging! This is your fellow train-traveller from Monday night. (I'm glad to say it all worked out okay. What a relief.) I've stated a blog too, because I think this library course is a great idea.
OK I'm back - after a bit of a break - literally - a fractured foot due to lack of Vitamin D has had me trying to spend less time at the computer and more time out in the sun. Also just walking around in a great big moonboot has been exhausting. I went to your blog, 'Parlance' which looks very flash. I'm a bit confused because I thought you said you had started a blog for this but your dog blog has been going longer than this and I can't see another one. I'm also curious as to the comment that was left on this blog then removed. That'll teach me for not looking sooner.
I've just been to Map Maker and have made a map of where I've been - still lots of places I haven't been - tried to upload it here but the html wasn't accepted -now back to Flickr which has been busily uploading a random selection of my photos from Cape Conran - one of my favourite places - a wild and rugged bit of coast - not sure yet how others get to look at them but the url was phttp://www.flickr.com/photos/29408502@N04/
